I’m Ellie and my interest in Reflexology began in the late 1980’s when I was a busy working mum of two. Being a great believer in alternative and holistic therapies, I picked up a book written by Eunice Ingham “The Stories Feet Can Tell” and I have never looked back. Between 1995-1996 I studied to become a reflexologist under the International Institute of Health and Holistic Therapies (IIHHT - with whom I am still a member and insured), and gained my diploma. I work to a high standard adhering to continual professional development and following a professional code of practice. I continue to promote the positive benefits of reflexology as much as I can, it is truly amazing.

My tranquil Reflexology room is based in Bedford where I provide a relaxing and calming environment for your treatment. Home visits are also an option if you prefer.
